Name of the Post:

1. Customer Service Officer (CSO) in the Officer Grade: 25 Posts
2. Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Clerical Cadre: 80 Posts

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years for CSR Posts and 32 years for CSO posts. Age limitations should be considered as on 30-11-2013. Age elaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification: Read educational qualification for above posts.

1. For Customer Service Officer: Candidates must possess the qualification of second class Degree of a recognized University/ Post Graduate/ Double Graduation from any recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in the aforesaid examination.
2. For Customer Service Representative: Candidates must possess the qualification of Graduation from any recognized University with minimum of 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer application.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay Rs. 600/- as application fee through online mode. Application fee can be paid via Master/Visa Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.

Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates would be selected based on their performance in written examination and Interview.
