Organization Name: Industrial Development bank of India (IDBI)

Name of the Post: Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO)

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 65 years as on 01-11-2013. Age relaxation is not applicable for the above post.

Educational Qualification/ Eligibility: Candidates be Retired senior banker (superannuated / VRS optee) from a Schedule Commercial Bank (preferably from a Public Sector Bank other than IDBI Bank). Candidates should not have worked at the position of not below the rank of General Manager of PSBs (Scale VII). Candidates also should have two years’ experience as General Manager.

Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates would be selected based on their performance in interview.
